In Stamford, tornado alarms sounded at 7:50 p.m. on Sunday, May 25, with warnings ending at 8:15 p.m. Winds reached up to 84 mph, and hailstones as large as golf balls were reported. The storms caused extensive damage, including uprooted trees, downed power lines, and destroyed structures. One resident, Bryan McNally, recounted how his barn was torn from the ground and carried approximately 2,000 feet away.

Haskell and Hamlin
