As a locally owned roofing company serving Tuscola, Buffalo Gap, Lawn, Ovalo, Abilene, and communities throughout the Big Country, supporting organizations that make our area safer and stronger is important to us. The Jim Ned Volunteer Fire Department plays a vital role in protecting local families, businesses, farms, and ranches throughout southern Taylor County. The department serves approximately 76 square miles and relies heavily on community support, fundraising, and donations to help fund equipment, training, and operations.

The annual July 4th celebration brings together families from across the Jim Ned Valley for a day filled with classic cars, local vendors, great food, and one of the area's favorite fireworks displays.

Car Show & Vendor Fair: 10:30 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.

Lunch Served: 11:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.

Fireworks Show: Sundown
